We switched from another office supply company to Office Solutions Group after one of their sales reps came in to our offices. The first couple orders were processed smoothly. On 4/18/13 I tried to log onto our account online with Office Solutions Group and it wouldn�t work. I called the company and they advised they switched a bunch of stuff around and that I would have to set up another account. A huge hassle when we had an order to get placed, you would think they would e-mail or contact customers to let them know they would need to re set up their accounts. I said I would do that and place an order that day. I did so and even received a confirmation email for my order. We never received our order. I contacted Office Solutions Group via e-mail on 4/30/13 with a forward of my confirmation e-mail and inquired that status of our order. At the end of the business day on 4/30/13 a woman called from Office Solutions Group and said her boss told her to call because no one knew what was going on with our order, in fact they said they never received our order and that she didn�t know they were still taking order from corporate clients. Interesting that was news to me. On 5/1/13 midday there was still no word on our order so I call again and spoke with Terry. Terry feeds me a line about changing computer software and website systems. To put in bluntly, that isn�t any fault of my companies and shouldn�t impact the service provided to my company. I have now waited nearly two weeks for office supplies a new employee has been waiting on. After not getting an apology or information on how the issue will be corrected I opted to cancel our order. I advised Terry to please cancel our order and that we would be going back to our old office supply provider. He was very flip when I said that, �Whatever you say ma�am have a good day.� The customer service here is terrible ...read more

Unfortunately I CAN NOT GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STARR COUNT, AND AM FORCED TO GIVE THEM THE MINIMUM OF 1 STAR. After buying forms off of All Makes for about 24 + years or so, I have had it. I placed my order on May 27th and on July 21st I am still waiting for them to get the blanks in to print my forms. Every time I order contract it’s a ritual on having to listen to Ron put me off and wine about how he is so busy, and I never call him soon enough, now he don’t want to order the blanks until he is ready to order the right amount for other blanks that he uses. Every time I order he make me feel like he is doing me a favor by splitting up my order because he is always so busy and behind “for some reason”, he has to splitting my order up and it cost me more money in shipping. SO I have started shopping and I have found another vendor that will get me the same contracts in 10 days for allot less money. unique not this job. if you are not white you get paid 5.50 and hour and if you are man you are paid just a little bit more. all the employees are illegal. yes they have papers that say they are but if you look at the picture with the person you will see a totally different person. If you are white you make 11.00 an hour but\t\ngod forbid you make friends with them you are treated as badly as they are. they are rude and ignorant to everyone. they will tell you you are stupid and ignorant and yell at you even if the mistake is thiers. sorry we are not all born white or with a gold spoon in our mouth. they are three brothers who have very bad work ethics and really stinks to work for. the people who do work there stay just because they know they won't find work anywhere else with the fake papers. take it from an angry former employee who worked there for three years was often told she was stupid, they had an education do you, told to shut up, told to not talk to customers just transfere call even if the customer starts conversation, always yelling, and conflict of ideas between the three brothers.
