First of all, the person answering the phone had a lot of trouble understanding basic names, had to spell and repeat everything. Finally she asked how I was going to pay and I said "credit card" She hesitated and said she couldn't take that "over the phone" I just told her I would call somebody else. What a joke! ...read more
