BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I had done a better search for reviews BEFORE I got ripped off! After reading the polices I submitted an inquiry email requesting info regarding fit and return policy. I was told that the covers were made from manufacturer templates and that the fit is guaranteed. I called and spoke with Mike and he also assured me that the covers are made from templates. I ordered the cover and shortly after got an email confirming the measurements. I wrote back stating I never measured and only provided the mfr/model and therefore could not confirm measurements. I received the spa cover without getting any response to my email. The spa cover did not fit. It hangs over about 2� and the electric bill went so high I had to disconnect my spa until I can figure out how to resolve the improper fit. They have never responded to my emails or phone calls. I do not check my email every day and they sent the �measurement confirmation� email on 8/27 giving me 48hrs to respond. I responded two days later however since I work late by the time I actually clicked �send� it was a little after midnight 8/30! Oh well�..too bad for me. They ignored my email and shipped the cover. I am stuck because my email was 44 minutes late! So now I basically don�t even have a hot tub. Like I said, BEWARE�.do your research before you consider ordering from Spa-Mate which is also Panorama Cabana�that�s where the charge was sent from my bank account. ...read more

Merchant you need to go to the Forum and fight for this
I think that every weekend should be open invite weekends. The reason is because most merchants with their busy days at work and their busy days at home sometimes they do not get to send out 100 invites on a daily basis. Even if they send out those 100 invites you do not know how manly people will accept your invite. I also thought if there was some way to have the site tally how many you have sent and if you did not send the 100 invites it could carry over to the next day. One example is AT&T; cell phone where they let you carry your minutes over to the next month. But they only last one full year. If we come up with something like that it is coming to benefit the merchant and make MerchantCirle cares about its Merchants. Social Networking for 2011 and Beyond!!!
Social Networking on MerchantCircle is not about getting the word out how each and every friend that you accept on MerchantCircle needs to buy what you are selling. It really needs to be about being social. You should not accept a merchant and then run to the next merchant because you want to have as many friends as you can!! We all really need to slow down and start thinking about the small merchant that just started on MerchantCircle and does not have a clue about what to do or where to start. If we start caring more about how to help our fellow friend, our businesses will become much stronger in the long run!! I know when I started on MerchantCircle last year I had no clue as to what this site was about or even how to make it work for me and my company. But now I have figured it out and I want to keep helping the small guy that just started out. We all really do not have enough time to help every merchant that needs advice. But if you realize that each person you help will probably tell 10 people and then they will tell ten people, etc. I know from experience that the Yelllow Pages are not working for our company -- we have not used them in two years. I, still to this day, do not know why any business still thinks that other merchants use the Yellow Pages to find them. In today's society if you do not have a strong website or have some social networking skills, most internet savvy customers will be picking websites that are on the top three pages of Google. So the next time you see a merchant that does not have a coupon, you might want to tell them that they should really set one up and why it is going to benefit them. We really need to start caring about other people and by showing our kindness, we will see that the benefits will come, just not right away. So get out and talk to your merchant friends and give the little guy some help once in a while and we will see the benefits down the road!! ...read more
