If you can't find a park, call them and they will come out and get your stuff at your car---they are very helpful! I've mailed large and hard-to-pack things and they just take care of it all. One of the customer service representatives was so rude and unprofessional that I left the store fuming mad after having placed an order for over $200.00. The guy at the counter acted as if it was a pain that I wanted to give them business, interupted helping me on 2 occasions with other customers, and then proceeded to make snide comments trying to insult my intelligence regarding my order. I ended up canceling my service order in place of Office Max, which ended up to be about 35% less expensive as well. I will never give Kinko's my business again after this experience. ...read more
