Horrible office, I only went there once. I called the office to tell them that they billed my appointment wrong (which even the billing person agreed with me). She said that she would have to talk to the doctor about it. When I hadn't heard from the office for a month, I sent a message through the portal. 1 week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent another message. Then the next day, I'm getting a termination letter. Just because I told them they billed my insurance wrong. I made them aware of their mistake. Then when I called to talk to someone in the office, they sent me to the triage nurse, who after being rude, hung up on me. So when I called to back and talked to the triage manager, who told me that the office didn't have time for me as a patient, and that's why I got the termination letter.
