I witnessed one of their employees driving my car and when I confronted them about it was cussed at and yelled at! They put over 200 miles on my car when it was supposedly being worked on!! Their customer service was more than lacking!!! I will never use them again! ...read more

I was traveling from Nebraska to Branson a couple weekends ago and we stopped in KC to have supper for continuing on our adventure. Once pulling off the interstate, I started hearing a clicking sound. I don't think I even drove a mile before my vehicle started making a "clicking" sound.\t\nUpon turning into the McDonalds driveway, the click turned to a CLUNK and we stopped right there!\t\n\t\nWhile on the phone with AAA, a man came up to me and gave me the number to Bill & Larry's and told me to ask for Shane. That he would take care of me.\t\n\t\nI had the tow truck driver take my van to the address which was only 4-5 miles up the road. He concurred that it was a good place to take my vehicle.\t\n\t\nThe next morning, I woke and called until they were open and I could speak with Shane. I spoke to him around 8:40am, telling him that the guys who helped me move my van had informed me that my "U-joint" had fallen off, and actually gave me pieces of it. I also explained that we were on vacation and heading to Springfield and on to Branson. He said he should be able to get me back on the road by noon. \t\n\t\nI called around 10:30 as we were preparing to check-out of our hotel, and he informed me he was almost done, and we could certainly pick it up by 11:00 or just after. We arrived around 11:20-11:30 and we were back on the road by 11:40-11:45. \t\n\t\nMy total bill was just under $225.00.
