I came here because of the affordable rent and after two days of talking to an agent, decided to rent my favorite unit. Before I could complete the paper work, she rented the apartment out from under me, even though she knew I was returning the next day. Many years ago, this complex was very desirable, but it has not been well maintained and the parking lot is so poorly designed that you would have great difficulty parking near your own building. The neighborhood is blighted, with boarded up businesses everywhere, no convenient shopping, and only two fast food restaurants, one being a Taco Bell with the drive through workers protected behind a bullet proof panel ...read more

I haven't dealt with such poor people skills in a very long time. I had left a message earlier in the day with the hope of scheduling an appointment to view some apartments. When I was called back, a very rude and moody woman greeted me. I believe it to be Christina Boveri, the founder of this farce of a company. Unable to tolerate such poor behavior and people skills I quickly ended the call. I will not deal with a such a rubbish company. Coming from the LES in Manhattan, the bar needs to be raised out here.
