They say to call them when in need of help but you can not get a live person and then they say to leave a message and they will call you back in the next 24 -48 hours yeah thats a joke it has been four weeks and I had to call them again and finally got a live person and they were rude and could not help because although thats where you are told to call by the time you get someone they cant help you and on the website they say fill out application and they will get back to you thats a lie. I even sent emailsand could not get a response so if you are in need of help dont waste your time with them, ...read more
