I had enough proof against my childrens mother to take custody, and still got absolutely ripped off in regards to child support. Her judgement read more like a personal and vindictive attack against me than a court's opinion after hearing a case impartially, and imputed me at substantially higher amount than is reasonable - even though there was no evidence to support the imputation. The opposing party was only imputated at minimum wage, for 40 hours per week, even though she has a certification that enables her to make significantly more. She arbitrarily imposed her will without statute or regard for the best interests of the children, and it's shocking to me how a father is able to take predominant custody and still pay ludicrously high amounts of child support. By statute, I should be receiving child support unless a substantial income disparity exists, and this is not the case - excluding, of course, the unusual decision to unfairly impute the father. Given the previous reviews, it seems that Commissioner Rosen simply hates men, fathers, or pretty much everybody. I attended court with a friend to show my support and nearly fell off the hard wooden bench when Commissioner Sherrill Rosen proceeded to verbally attack, call names and pretty much state she hated the people in front of her. Even though the lawyer provided payroll records, tax returns, pay stubs and bank statements Commissioner Rosen ignored all this and threw the guy in jail in front of his kids. i have been b4 this judge and she needs 2 b removed she took my daughter from me made up her own evidence lied about so many things and even found someone guilty of a crime when police dcf and prosecuting attorney said was innocent this person she never spoke 2 met or even notified him he was guilty this is and should b illegal plz help me i want 2 fight n get my daughter back if u have any info or people w similiar stories i would appreciate it.thx ...read more
