My insurance company Roadside Assistance sent these idiots when I had a dead battery. An 18 yr old in his own vehicle showed up, jumped my battery - reversing the polarity - and fried my entire electrical system. When I called and left a message to tell the owner I would expect his company to pay for the damages, the owner, Brian, called back and bullied me. He sent over a dozen text messages after me telling him to leave me alone. I requested his Certificate of Insurance so I could file a claim with his insurance and he refused to provide it.
