We are a corporate consulting organization that utilizes ONLY board certified physicians to review cases. We work with both defense and plaintiff law firms, insurance companies, healthcare providers (including physicians, physician groups, hospitals, and post-hospital facilities and mediators. We do all of our work as work-product and as such it is NOT discoverable. The advantage is that we are available 24/7 to help you with your case, the initial review—with a yes or no answer, the issues, the strategy, the detailed timeline, the “correct” clinical approaches to take. We will screen any and all of your cases (as many of our clients find that to be the most cost efficient way to handle their entire intake). We will prepare graphics, tables and do the case research for you. We further will prepare your depositions and be available via phone or in person if that is requested to “teach” the necessary medicine. While many firms use RN paralegals, our clients have learned, in some cases the hard way, that subtle issues in clinical care not infrequently have been missed by prior non-physician reviewers. We DO NOT testify, that protects both of us from discovery. It also allows us to avoid having to “rape and pillage” you with the usual and customary usury that takes place – (most of our physicians have and do testify independently from time to time.) We will, should you wish, attempt to find experts for your case. We do NOT put the meter down, when the phone gets picked-up and we gladly will discuss potential cases without cost on the phone. We want to be YOUR place to send cases—preferably all your cases. That is the WHY our charges are low. If we charge you more you will think twice about sending the material to us, this way we both win. If you are unhappy with something with our service or want a different method of presentation, we expect that we can modify to what you want. We generally ship via DHL or USPS and often can e-mail our report as well. One of our principals has a PhD in Engineering and has been on several university faculties in that capacity thus, we also work in the area of toxic tort, pharmaceutical cases, device cases, and environmental cases.
