Purchased my 08 Altima from Fletcher Nissan..it had 10k miles on it. I had them rotate tires at 15k and 18k miles with no mention from them about an alignment now at 22k miles I need new tires.Pat measured my tires on Sept 7 2012 at 7-32nds tread. I knew they were worse. In a letter to the Better Business Bureau (whom I contacted) the Manager Keith Snyder told them that my tire tread had not changed from Jan 2011 through Sept 7 2012. Would you buy that? Fletcher didn't offer me anything, just said it was an alignment problem and took no responsibility for it even though Fletcher is the only store who has serviced my Altima since I bought it there. I went to 2 tire stores and both recorded measurements of 3/32nd,4/32nds,5/32nds and 6 32nds. I will never purchase a car or anything else from Fletcher Nissan again. Beware. ...read more
