Awful, Awful AWFUL!!! I just recently bought a very nice new car, but it had an strong smoke smell, I was able to get rid of most of the smell but there was still a lingering odor and I want a "new" car to smell New. I figured I would get it taken care of so I went to auto appearance plus, talked to the owner, (nice guy) and I left there with complete piece of mind, he said they do great jobs and are very critical of what they send out. I Send my car in later on that week and when I get it back it all seems fine, I let it set with the doors open to let all the moisture out, (but he didnt tell me to take out the floor mats) So I didnt think about it, about a week later my car smells unbearably like stinky feet, so I locate the problem, Under the rubber floor mats, Mold/Mildew, EVERY WHERE, absolutely disgusting, my floor was sopping wet because they didnt extract all the water correctly so I had to scrub my whole car with bleach to kill the fungal growth, Also I had to thoroughly clean all the windows and mirrors with vinegar because there was armor all Caked on every square inch of the windshield and driver/passenger side windows. I there is still dirt and grime all over the place, So I get my cleaning rag and clean an un-acceptable amount of dirt out of the dashboard and center console it is like they just took a spray bottle filled with greasy armor all and sprayed everything down to cover up the dirt and make it look nicer.
