Mosers recently purchased the old Gerbes/Kroger store in Fulton. Ever since they moved the service has gone down hill. I think because they have a bigger store they had to retain employees who don't give the same quality of service as the old store. Just today for lunch I went to the Deli in the store located in Fulton. I asked for the advertised 5 piece chicken, but because the deli didn't have any wings and legs ready the Deli guy said I couldn't be served at this time. He said he couldn't offer to substitute a breast or additioanl thigh instead of a leg or two wings. I thought this was once again a good example of the poor service we are receiving from our new store. From now on I think I'll just travel to the south end of town where C & R Market resides. ive bought a bag of potatoe chips that were made buy this company when i opened the bag there in apporitate items in the bag. i didnt understand why, arent they suppost to inspect the chips before they got sent out? i threw out the bag of chips. i would recommend they start sreening their employees before each shift starts and doing actively random uas so maybe this wont happen again. until they take charge of this i would not recommend anyone to buy this product. ...read more
