This location in Florissant completely dropped the ball on Valentine's Day. They were supposed to deliver an arrangement, however because they were over booked they could not complete the order. Understandable, EXCEPT for the fact that they never called to inform me of this fact. My expectation when I placed the order was that it would be delivered on Valentine's Day, I wasn't given any kind of indication that it would not be possible, so why would I think there would be a problem? Imagine my surprise when a special arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to my wife that day, never arrived. I ended up just getting my money back the next day.
