I went in today, in the ice and cold, to print some gift certificates for my new business. In the past I have been very pleased with Kinkos and printed many school papers.So today after waiting in a ten minute line, Darreck informed me if I wanted to get 3 per page he would charge me a $5 formatting fee. I just printed this same order 2 days ago and was charged no fee. All he had to do was go to print and select print multiples per page. I talked to a manager and he said the fee has been in effect for years and didn't care too much.
