I knew about Downing moving & storage before using them. My parents used this company just 2 months ago and they were terrific that time. So, I hired them for my own move. I was moving across the country. First of all their estimated price was fair enough the sales rep was very responsive and informative. The moving team arrived on time, did the packing with great care and efficiency and also moved my belongings within the allotted time. I checked the inventory and did not get any valid reasons to feel unhappy. They actually exceeded my expectations and delivered a lot more than what I was hoping for. When I made the decision to move in a new house, I became really worried. I have 3 pet dogs. So, it would be very tough to manage my children and these pets while moving to new house. Then I hired Downing moving & storage. I was astonished that they had their own dog cages to handle them nicely. They had their separate moving vehicle too.
