I would strongly recommend not doing business here. I returned a dvd one day late without the case( with a note saying i would return it later), and was told that if I dont turn it in within 13 days it would be turned over to prosecuting attorney. I have been in customer service for over 20 years now and this is not way to run a business. My account is and has always been in good standing. I even told them in the note to charge it to my account. Will no longer be doing business here and will be telling others of my experience. ...read more
