Great Design, I didn't have to "manage" a bunch of sub-contractors because they handled everything. I only had to work with Poynter to have everything done we needed. \t\n\t\nAwesome follow through and continued support through their AfterCare program. Very nice, professional people- great customer service! \t\n\t\nNot the least expensive but worth every penny for the better materials, excellent communication and project management. We have used Poynter for several projects at 2 homes and couldn't be more pleased. They were recommended by a friend and I was so impressed by the work I saw that we decided to work with them as well. After working with them for several years, I couldn't be more pleased. I lost thousands of dollars on a job that was never done right. Kept calling them to do the job as instructed, but they never could. They blew me off, didn't take calls. Now, I have to get someone else out here to do it right & it's cheaper than Poynter.
