Called them at 10pm the night of a snowstorm to reserve a cab for 7am the next morning to take me to Amtrak. They said no problem. When the cab hadn't come by 715am I called and they said they "were having difficulty meeting their reservations due to the weather." I asked why they didn't warn me this would happen and they said they didn't know. They couldn't predict 10hr ahead of time during a storm that was supposed to go on until the next day that this could cause problems?! I heard that Mike Breckman of yellow cab on marshall street in saint paul, mn doesnt pay in all his taxes. He doesnt give the drivers reciepts because he doesnt want to be tracked.
