I went in there to buy some a few parts for my bike but they don't seem to have prices on many things. When you ask them what the price is they act as if it is a huge burden for them to figure out the price on it when it should have been clearly marked in the first place. So they tell you they will have to look it up. They tell you that it will be around $20 only to find when you go to the register that they ring it up for $29.99. caveat emptor!\t\n\t\nI bought a bike which fails to function in temperatures below 25 degrees. Two components in the rear hub fail to engage - and the pedals fall to the ground, the bike does not move. When I called 23 days after purchase to complain, they were aware of this feature - but said "we can't control the weather - and you've had the bike for almost a month". I bought a winter bike which does not function in the winter - and the shop refused to rectify the situation. I have biked all my life (56 years old) and worked with many bike shops.
