this company is so trouble i feel like i'm in a nightmare they don't want to fix anything have squirrel problems from the day i moved in. They don't want to call anyone to come get the squirrels out. Now i have carbon monoxide in the property that they never came to look at the fire department had to come out. My lease is up in December and im so happy to get away from this company it's not even funny.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RENTING FROM THESES PEOPLE ITS JUST A BAD HABIT THEY WILL NEVER STOP UNTIL YOU MOVE AGAIN. ...read more

Comment from RC Vic: ASI (Stephen Vander Schaaf) will give you Privacy Right(s) up to the very time where they decide to enter your apartment on Saturday Morning without required notice using the building Master Key and completely against your expressed and posted wishes and demands, on your door, to not enter! They get around the posting of your notice on your very own door by making it illegal to post anything on your doors! Residents of SRA and CHA know exactly what I mean! You get to do as you like right up to the time when they decide to violate your rights at will and any time they feel like it the Building Master Key is always loose out in the hallways and they will violate you anytime that they want!
