We just discovered that the bank we have used for years is charging $28 per day for over draft fees! They can do this for up to 14 days, which equals $392.00! If you don't bank online, you will not see a notice until 3-4 days. By then you own them at least $75! Is this even legal? It's terrible. I do not recommend them as a bank. Every one occasionally has an over draft. It shouldn't send you into bankruptcy! ...read more

This company likes control lives. It is like the Mormons. If they can't get your money, they absorb your time like a sponge absorbing water to control you.\t\n\t\nOn disputed accounts they refuse to validate, they should be talking to your attorney on retainer instead of you. The state bar has had some issues with imposters claiming to be attorneys.\t\n\t\nIn fact, these stalkers don't seem to mind violating cease and desist, harassment, protection or restraining orders when it comes to domestic violence issues.\t\n\t\nHave contested or other accounts retracted and deal with the first party involved instead of the third. The first party will save on collection costs. Attorneys are barred from small claims cases in most areas.\t\n\t\nGood luck with your contested accounts. ...read more
