I ordered a waterbed mattress ($140 after tax and shipping) from Waterbeds Minnesota after viewing their website. As soon as this new mattress arrived I put it in place and started filling it. It immediately started leaking as soon as water began entering the mattress. Once it was full I waited for it to warm up, but had to keep using a shop vac to suck off all the water appearing around the edges. It was leaking about 4 gallons every 30 minutes. It never stopped, so eventually I drained it and drove over 50 miles to return it to the store. They found a small puncture on the bottom of the mattress and said I must have damaged it when I opened it. I was extremely careful and just do not believe that is possible. I have never had a problem with a mattress before.
