It's been a wonderful child care center for my son. The personnel are so attentive to his needs, and I love the pictures and notes that I receive from the staff telling me how his days go. I picked up my son twice there and he wasn't changed in a 4 hr period and he was poopy 2 days in a row. I also saw a teacher giving a child a lengthy timeout, when I pointed it out, she said Oh I totally forgot. The managers care more about your $ than you or your kids and are fake to your face. My experience with tiny tots was good in the beginning but their policies changed over time and they were calling me at least 4-5 days a month for sickness related issues. They cost me a lot of money in useless doctor visits which i am still paying off and a lot of days off. I would consider other daycare options before returning there. ...read more
