This company does not guarantee their work and they do not refund $ for their complete inability to fulfill their obligations. I bought 50 leads from then 3 years ago and they still can't send adequate useable leads. last episode is their refusal to screen prospects for tile roofs. needless to say roofers can't use leads for hail damaged roofs with 2" hail.. As a contractor in the business I politely asked them to take us off their list and the "customer rep" (which i wouldn't call him) The rudest individual I have ever had to deal with. Listen, I get it.. When you lose a potential customer (mind you, we weren't even paying customers yet, now we never will) it's not a great thing, but be polite and try to leave the door open for future business..
