DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Run far, far away. I made the mistake of renting through them and it all but ruined the evening. I booked a bus 2 months ahead of time and with no forewarning they sent me the wrong, much inferior bus! When I called the next day for an explanation the owner was rude and unapologetic, lecturing me on how much fun he says I had? A truly bizarre level of horrendous customer service. On top of this the guy over charged my credit card, and I had to file claim against the company to get it refunded. Yup.
