Words cannot describe how this agency annoyed me and succeeded in losing my family's business. Repeated mistakes to my insurance policies caused me headaches and financial strain, and Bruce's response was less than stellar. He's always got an excuse as to why something wasn't done, or was done incorrectly. From messing up my automatic payments and almost getting me in trouble with the state, to not insuring a new car I called to add to my account, the hassles were abundant. This credit union is awful, I was a member since 1992. I would go to real bank! The people upstairs that run the credit union are rude and unhelpful. Please read anything you sign with them very carefully, especially the fine print. Did you know that this credit union can open accounts under your name without your consent? If you do choose to bank with them, read everything carefully!!!! I cannot stress that enough. ...read more
