This credit union is awful, I was a member since 1992. I would go to real bank! The people upstairs that run the credit union are rude and unhelpful. Please read anything you sign with them very carefully, especially the fine print. Did you know that this credit union can open accounts under your name without your consent? Took over $170 in NSF fees. Our account was in the thousands, never been negative in the whole year with them. They all refused to talk with me to explain why the fees were applied. They also refused to reverse them. They had no reason for taking the money and when they got caught, they refused to discuss or reverse. They steal your money! Beware! Their manager was conveniently gone for the day when I went in to take out the rest of our $ and cancel account! They are a big bank disguised under the name "credit union"! ...read more
