Goodbye HomeSmart! We had the appliance covered and under the replacement helper program. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service for our first ever claim with you guys... I had to call so many times after the repairman diagnosed problem, and I kept getting told by your reps that I would get a call back but I never did, so I continued to call back, on top of that, absolutely horrible representatives with little care whatsoever, and an essential part is not being covered (not even partially). And now representative Randy (woman) just hung up on me while trying to cancel my HS account and supposedly get me a small, minuscule refund (that took 30 minutes for her to do, and even then, it's nothing compared to what we've paid overall). Oh and lovely rep named Maria also hung up on me multiple times while trying to speak with a supervisor on the matter. How appropriate... NOT!
