If I could rate them -5 stars, I would. One word : unprofessional. I've been in the business for several years and have never been so unimpressed and disappointed with a company. For the event we used them for, the materials / machinery / textiles were either : damaged, old, dirty, unreliable and overall not what we agreed upon. Midway has an incredibly low level of customer service and their rude attitudes were a lovely addition. They don't care about your end result (when you to pay up front). Midway's aesthetic and taste level are awful as well. Their suggestions were dated and tacky and they never really understood our vision, even after they said they did. In the end, as a team and without Midway's help, we made it work . . . and it felt like Midway was never even a part of it.
