experienced terrible customer service at this location. I warn all potential customers to have low expectations of their service, product and timeliness. Unless of course you like things to be done, wrong, late and without apologies for their errors. I ordered a vinyl decal last week that was promised to be finished in 48 hours. I went back 48 hours later to pick it up and and it wasn't ready. No one had called me to notify me of the delay. One wasted trip and my client will have to wait another day for their product. The next day I went back again to pick up my order. It was done, but not in white as I had ordered, but in gold. I was told they would re-do the decal over the weekend and call me when it was done. I was disappointed that no one had checked that my order was done correctly. One more wasted trip and my client will have to wait an additional 3 days. I had to quickly ship a number of fragile items to my mother in Texas. They were extremely helpful in wrapping up and packing each item. And everything arrived intact!
