Don't expect any customer service. Good selection and prices, but you better know what you want. If you want them to cut any glass, expect to make a 2nd trip to pick it up. J Ring will not consider exchanging or returning anything. Their pat statement is "We do not have a system for that". Come on! What kind of answer is that? I could create a system in about one minute. I have spent hundreds of dollars at their store and needed to make a simple $10 exchange on something I had purchased incorrectly. They need to improve their treatment of customers ASAP. Some of us travel very far to shop there. Today, they lost a good customer forever. ...read more
