The female I spoke with was so rude. I believe my conversation lasted maybe 30 seconds before I hung up. I was explaining to her that I was refiling the claim, and she yelled at me!!!! My husband was sitting across the room and could hear her. I was in no way being defensive, just trying to explain and all she could do was yell, so I hung up.
