My brother and I met with Mr. Kingsbury for the "free consultation" - in irder for myself to file bankruptcy. Hseemed decent. My mom gave him a check for 1,900.00. We were told that is what he could do the whole think for. I completed the 1st online credit counseling class and they pulled my credit report. My mom then passed away unexpectedly and left me a small inheritance. I emailed him about this matter and he spoke with my brother in the phone once. I ended up settling my debts and emailed Mr. Kingsbury about this and asked him to send the remainder if the money back to my brother.
