I accompanied my mother to this shop as she was looking for a wig. I wasn't impressed with the selection, and I don't think that the lady who helped her had much wig fitting experience. Regardless, my mother chose a wig and overpayed for it. The 3rd time she wore it hair started falling out of it and there was hair all over her sweater. It literally sheds. I phoned the shop to complain and learned that they don't make refunds on wigs. My mother was not informed of that when she made the purchase.
