The most non customer-oriented salon I’ve ever been to! I went in for a “body wave” to add some volume and a bit of wave to my hair – but received teeny tiny dreadlock-ish curls. They fried my hair so terribly that it looked and felt like straw. They sent me home saying that the curls would “loosen up” within the next few days and charged me $75 for the damage THEY did. I ended up having to cut most of my hair off and undergo many deep conditioning treatments (all at another salon, thank you).
