They offer the best instruction in Taekwondo and M.M.A. Training. Classes are taught by 3x U.S. National Champion and U.S. National Team coach Master Lee. M.M.A., Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai training is taught by 3x World Champion and former UFC Champion Master Dave Menne. They also have an after school program were they will pick up the kids from the local schools. My daughter was 4 when she started and had a fear/shyness with group interaction. Her first few times, she didn't want to go into the classroom without me. The instructors were great with her and she slowly came around. Since then, she has competed in tournements in front of hundreds of people. She hasn't even been in it a year and I've seen a huge change in her self-confidence. She looks forward to going and enjoys her time there. \t\n\t\nIt's also been fun watching the changes in other kids behavior.
