To rate this company at 1 star is very generous. This company left my son homeless in Billings, MT. He was traveling from OR to SD. He lost his ticket, but had his confermatin #. They would not take his confermation # to get him a new ticket, Instead this company left my son at this Depot with no ticket, no food and homeless. He had to find money for another ticket to get home when he already paid $230 for the 1st ticket and did not have another penney in his pocket, .What good is a confermation # if you can't use it. These people are very cold blooded and do not care about their passengers.I will NEVER consider using this bus service again, and I hope who ever reads this will think the same thing. As a parent, how would you feel if some company like this left your son homeless just because of some company policy. God forbid to bend any rules. A VERY UPSET PARENT IN SD P.S.
