Buyer Beware! As a repeat customer with this vendor I would expect to be treated well. My experience with my second purchase (~$2,300) has been very poor. The communication is extremely slow and lacks full disclosure. We were offered free shipping on a second purchace when made our original purchase and this was not honored. When we placed a 50% down payment for our furniture the actual order was not placed for 2 weeks. In addition we were not given a timeline for expected delivery which and had to ask 3 times before receiving a response. All said and done it will be nearly 3 months for us to receive our purchase. I also went and did additional research and comparable items are available from other vendors for much cheaper.
