First time home-buyer.....been in our new home for 2 months. Had a water/sewer backup issue in the basement and contacted Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter did not complete the unclogging job, broke through a pipe, and left us without water/sewer for an entire weekend all for a hefty charge of around $600. I contacted Gary's Sewer & Drain to complete the job and have been completely floored with their kindness and concern to my matter. They understand that not everyone understands their business, and they make their best effort to clarify exactly what is going on, how it needs to be fixed and how much it's going to cost.
