BILLED, NO SHIPPING EMAIL, NO COMMUNICATION POSSIBLE, NO PRODUCT RECEIVED DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BIKERACKSHOPS.COM I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND NO SHIPPING CONFIRMATION RECEIVED. NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE FROM ANY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER: I placed an order on 7/10/2014 and received an email confirmation of the order within minutes. I ordered an in stock item, website states items standard ship same day if placed by 6AM, order should have shipped next day, 7/11/2014. Today is 7/15/2014 and still no shipping info/tracking number. My bank confirmed the charge on my card, and gave me the phone number, 877-367-4253, I called: non-working number. I tried bikerackshops.com customer service number 888-316-9915 and get Alex Miller voicemail: no returned call. Also tried Timothy Benson, of Renaissance Retail, bikerackshops.com parent company, 847-932-4720 ext. 2704: also a non-working number.
