I have had experience storing with several other places and this bloomington cube smart location is by far the best I have used!the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.very nice facility,very clean and any other people renting units Iv run into have all been very nice.i would definetly recommend storing at this location wether it's your first time using a storage unit or if you've been storing for years.also before I rented my unit I called around the metro to compare prices and this cube smart location not only quoted me the cheapest price but also gave me my first month of storage for free!there were even other companies who had a price match policy in the area and they informed me that they wouldn't be able to match the price and give me the first month free.very happy with my decision to store with them and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same! ...read more

Company is unreliable and the owner Todd will lie constantly. Movers and packers are consistently late. Owner will promise anything to make you believe the job will be done on time, but will not follow through. If any damage is done to your belongings, good luck, they will weasel their way out of taking care of the problem. Maybe if you have a small job with no time constraints they could be used, but for anything that needs to be done on time and with no stress I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere! ...read more
