Excellent customer service as I brought in my gold jewelry in return for a check. It only took 20 minutes for them to test my gold content and offer me 58 % of the current gold price. Even after being offered 90 % of the current gold price somewhere else at the Mall of America in 1/4 of the time, I knew that this was the place for me. They made me feel so good as I looked at there inventory. Sure that other company would have given me nearly 50% more money but they seemed young and seemed to be doing very well. All I can say after being Iced is that I'm coming back again to buy more things that they were able to get from other customers for 1/4 the price they display. Thats right.
