Horrible experience. They promised me they could transfer my VHS tapes to DVD and both of them would not play on a DVD player. I asked them about a refund and they said they would not refund me but said I had to drive (30 miles one way) back to their office to have them try again. Now I am out $90 with no playable DVDs. the worst coverage for a tennis tournament I have ever seen!! The Indian Wells tournament is one of the best tournaments and FSN North has the worst coverage ever!! The semis and finals are taped and shown in the middle of the night! And apparrently only a few hours will be shown, not even the entire matches. Why bid on coverage when you don't really have any coverage? Let another network have it that really wants it!! ...read more
