I recently won an auction & bought a tablet computer from them on eBay, for an extremely low price, about 1/6 of what you would pay normally for it. I received the tablet but, 1/3 of the touch screen didn't work, so I emailed them. The responded to have me send it back, pre-paid postage, and that they would replace the tablet with a tablet that completely worked. I sent it back, with several emails, messages and 2 notes inside the package stating that it was for "EXCHANGE ONLY". a week after the tablet was delivered back to them, I received a message stating, " They do NOT have any more to replace it and that they had already issued me a refund. "WHAAAT"!!! so I contacted them and wrote that I did not want a refund, and if they couldn't replace my tablet or fix the issues, that I wanted my tablet back. (as I can easily send it to the manufacturer, and they will fix it or replace it). I received a message back from them, TWICE now, stating, "Item can not be 'Exchanged' Refund has already been issued." After filing a complaint with eBay, They submitted a close case file, stating I had sent the tablet back for a refund when it is CLEARLY stated in several emails, by both them and myself, that I was returning it for an exchange... I placed an order with World's Best Deals on eBay. The Post Office screwed up the shipping and mistakenly returned the product to WBD. I wrote to WBD about the mixup and explained that the Postmaster had instructed me to tell the vendor to hand the package back to the Mail Carrier and have it resent. They did not do this. They wanted to repackage it and charge me a second mail fee. I explained again that the USPS had instructed that the package marked "undeliverable as addressed" could be handed back to the mail carrier, but they ignored this. Also, each time I wrote to them, a different representative responded. I asked that a senior partner call me to straighten this out. They responded by cancelling the order without my permission. They dishonored their eBay contract. Their reps wrote with complete disregard to the dilemma. They have no concern for their customer. Very poor quality leadership. Current quality manager does not delegate and as a result the department is in a state of chaos. Additionally, durin teh latest ISO-9001 certification audit, the acting Director of Quality was quoted as saying that the "Emperor has no pants"...what he meant by this was that the ownership is not comitted to the quality initiative and is not actively engaged in lookiing very far into the horizon with respect to teh business plan. There is such an acitve perception of "we have always done it that way", that no progress cna be made until the business is sold to someone who has a real interest in lookign downfield and leading by example. ...read more

I received excellent customer service and the person who helped me diagnosed the problems right as I explained them. He knew exactly what parts it would need, the amount of time involved, and gave me a cost estimate right away, too. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
