Like my frames, But the bifocals are to high. Made 4 trips. They redid the bifocals and they are still the same. I went to another eye clinic they said they are to high. I have had the classes two months and they are to be scratch proof will they are not, they are scratching. I am very upset I have called and Heather did not call me back. Neil (owner) handpicks the manufacturers he carries, searching out well-constructed frames from as close to the original manufacturer as possible to save his customers money. Often the total price of glasses is less than the frame alone at other shops. Neil has a knack for choosing interesting frame styles to display, ones that provide a well-rounded eclectic mix to choose from & also hold their style. When I buy a pair of glasses at OS, I know Neil has saved me money, saved me time & sold me a quality product that I know will last me as long as I want it to.
