My opinion of my experience. Response is welcome.4th District civil court is deceptive in there desire in settleing civil disputes. The court accepts a civil case with agreeded tto trial verdiuct with no intentions of having a trial attorney. My experience as a plaintiff was the lack of proper and procedural discovery from defendent. The court has no desire to go to trial. Without enforcing collection of evidence through discovery the court and attorneys drag out the civil suit for years to force settlement in favor of defendent, when no settlement is agreed to by parties a summary judgement is presented by defendent at the backed by incomplete discoivery, unnecessary limine and other motions signed by affidavid of truth and court testimony when the court months previously hasd already decided in favor of defendent to avoid award to plintiff and avoid trial. Bottom line the court is insincere in truth, attorney review boards are biased and a civil suit are a joke. It is stacked. ...read more

I could not agree more with the complaingt on Yelp about the richfield po-po depot. Terrible, Dumb, NO Compassion, Rude, just to name a few of the widespread traits of your cities "peace officers" who pledge to"protect" (their own interests) & "serve" (their own wants - taking evidence for their own parties and advice given by "officers" to "just drive home, it's just over the river. Here I'll give you my # just in case). <- it's a true story. At a party with all the Raging Alcoholics & Drugie Cops with attitude/personality disorders. Dissllussioned citizen.
