I took a sample of plaster to be analyzed. I was promised results by the next day. Having heard nothing after two days, I called Angstom Analytical and was promised results by the end of the day. The afternoon of the third day, I called and left a message (unable to reach anyone). I sent and email and have yet to receive a reply. Subsequent phone calls failed to connect with a person and no calls are returned.\t\n\t\nThe sample is gone, the money is gone, and my patience is gone. Worked for them and they have some ok pple there but most of them are horrible. Trailer trash people who act like they have doctor degree or something. Management and long time employees talk down to new employees like they are stupid and you get in trouble for looking at the clock. I have never worked for such a horrible company and they also paid very little, $9.00 only and .30 cents raise after 2 yrs. Not worth the abuse they put you through.
