We recently had wind damage to our hot tub cover and the lifting arm was destroyed. Cal Spas of Plymouth sold us the new lift and we had excellent service at the store. We recently did the spring clean of the tub and discovered that the second pump was not working correctly and called Jason Karnes directly to discuss the plan of action. Jason was more than willing to work with us to get the tub working again even though we bought the tub from the previous owner. He called his tech and had him come out the same day. Kevin, the tech, showed up and fixed the pump and even offered to finish the install of the lift arm for the cover. GREAT cutomer service and we will continue to do work with Cal Spas of Plymouth.
